Camp MMW will take place in the intimate setting of a beautiful Catskill Mountain resort. You and a select group will gather together for five days of intensive workshops and seminars, deep listening, musical exploration, and improvisation. No matter what instrument you play, you will expand your approach to music, improve your listening skills, and interact with other musicians in a completely fresh, innovative way.
You'll break with convention, bust out of your safety zone, and dare to try new things. Think of it as musical cross training. You might be a guitarist, and study melody with keyboardist, John Medeski. Or a horn player that works on mastering rhythm with drummer, Billy Martin. Maybe you're a pianist that wants to develop your groove with bassist, Chris Wood. There will be special guests, group collaborations, and, of course, exclusive performances by MMW. In the anything-goes, non-traditional atmosphere of Camp MMW, you'll be encouraged to experiment, test your limits, take risks, and enjoy newfound freedom in the process.

Camp Bisco 10 ~ July 7th-9th, 2011
Camp Bisco 10 will once again be held at the picturesque Indian Lookout Country Club in Mariaville, New York. The venue is located approximately 20 minutes travel time from Albany, New York and sits on 200 acres of rolling, grass fields. Many of the improvements introduced to Camp Bisco 9 will return, including the second stage in the main field, surround sound system late night dance tents and a local artists stage. Additionally, Camp Bisco 10 will expand to include a second main gate for faster entrance into the grounds, an improved late night dance tent with a greater capacity, daily music workshops and seminars, a second late night tent stage and a larger silent disco.
Holiday pre-sale tickets go on sale Saturday, December 18 at 12 p.m. EST for a limited allotment for $120. Early bird tickets will be available in limited quantities starting in January 2011 for $140, before general admission tickets are offered starting at $160. Tickets can be purchased at the gate for $180. All inclusive VIP packages will be available again this year. Tickets are available online at CampBisco.net or by calling 1-888-512-SHOW.
